Disclaimer

We notify users of the website tracely.io that when owning digital financial assets and conducting transactions with digital assets, due diligence must be exercised in choosing the source of financial funds, the legality of their origin, and transactions.
The Tracely service operates in accordance with the provisions of national legislation, as well as
the requirements of the intergovernmental organization FATF.
Other legislative acts aimed at combating money laundering and terrorist financing include the following:
6th Anti-Money Laundering Directive (6AMLD) of December 2, 2018;
5th Anti-Money Laundering Directive ((EU) 2018/843);
Proceeds of Crime Act 2002;
Terrorism Acts of 2000 and 2001;
Counter-Terrorism Act 2008;
Treasury Sanctions Notices.
When working with digital financial assets, there may be other risks not covered by this User Agreement
or the Administration of the tracely.io website.

General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement, User Agreement) regulates the relationship between Tracely LLC and the Users of the tracely.io website.
References in this Agreement to tracely.io, as well as mentions of "Tracely," "we," "our," "the service provider," refer to the Administration of the service, and the words "you," "your," "user," "client" refer to the person
with whom Tracely enters into this Agreement.
By using the tracely.io website (the Site) and registering an account (Account) to use the Tracely service, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms contained in this Agreement, as well as the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with the terms of the User Agreement, the use of the tracely.io website is prohibited.
1. Eligibility Criteria
1.1. By accepting this, you agree and confirm that you:
Have reached the legal age required to accept these Terms;
Have not previously been suspended or prohibited from using the Services.
1.2. If you are using the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you also represent and warrant that:
The legal entity is duly registered and operates in accordance with the laws of its jurisdiction of registration;
This legal entity has authorized you to act on its behalf.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The user pays a fee for the service of verifying blockchain addresses or transactions for compliance
with AML policies as specified on tracely.io, and the Tracely service agrees to provide services in accordance with the provisions of this User Agreement and the information indicated on the website.
2.2. The use of a corporate account is permitted only by the organization that registered and paid for it.
2.3. Transferring account access rights to third parties is prohibited.
2.4. The resale of services for verifying blockchain addresses or transactions for compliance with AML policies is not allowed.
2.5. It is prohibited to make available to an unlimited number of people the ability to verify blockchain addresses or transactions for compliance with AML policies.
2.6. In case of violations of paragraphs 2.3.-2.6., the user may be disconnected from Tracely services without compensation for previous payments.
2.7. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about yourself and allow Tracely
to correct this information if it is knowingly incorrect or incomplete; to store and update your information; to ensure the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
and the information you provide to Tracely; to promptly notify Tracely if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches of your account.
2.8. You are hereby granted a limited, non-licensable license to access and use the Services and Content
of the Tracely service. Any use of the Services or Content, other than as specifically authorized in this document, without prior written permission from the Administration of the service is strictly prohibited
and will result in the termination of the license granted in this document.
3. Service Fees
3.1. Service fees are determined by the Service's management and published on the Service's website.
The Service's management reserves the right to change the Service fees without additional notification.
3.2. An invoice issued to a legal entity based on this User Agreement and the corresponding order form must be 100% paid within 5 (five) business days from the date of the invoice.
3.3. Amounts invoiced under this Agreement do not include any taxes or duties that may be imposed by any government authority concerning the transactions under this Agreement, and you are solely responsible
for paying all such taxes. All amounts are quoted and payable in U.S. dollars.
3.4. To use the Tracely service, individuals need to register on the tracely.io website and pay for the appropriate service package.
4. Privacy and Security Notification
4.1. We take all necessary measures to protect your personal data. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit over the internet. You accept the inherent risks of transmitting information and making transactions online and do not hold us responsible for any security breaches unless they occur due to our fault. 5. Force Majeure
5.1. In the event of force majeure circumstances causing either party to delay or fail to perform any of these Terms, such delay or non-compliance will not be considered a breach of these Terms, and neither you nor the Tracely service may claim damages arising from such circumstances.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. The terms and conditions are agreed upon with the User electronically during registration.
The agreement with the Terms, published electronically, is valid and identical to written consent.
6.2. The Tracely service has the right to unilaterally make changes to this Agreement by publishing
the changes on the Service's website. The changes come into effect from the moment of publication unless another effective date is specified when publishing. The user has the right to terminate the contractual relationship with the Tracely service due to disagreement with such changes. The user must notify
the Service Administration of their disagreement with the changes and the termination of the contractual relationship by sending a letter to info@tracely.io.
6.3. The Tracely service has the right to send the User information about the account status, connected services, and other information, including advertising materials, to the email address provided by the User. The User can unsubscribe from advertising emails by clicking the appropriate button in the received email.
6.4. The information posted on the website, including all graphic images, text information, program codes, etc., is the property of Tracely and is protected by copyright laws.
6.5. The User confirms that they are familiar with all provisions of these Terms and fully accept them.
